Project Summary:

Water Pipeline, Sewer and Storm Drainage Systems


Water Pipeline construction consists of installing approximately 500 LF of 6" and 12" ductile iron pipe (DIP), fittings, testing, chlorinating and flushing new water system.

Sewer pipeline work consists of installing approximately 700 LF of 6" and 12" vitrified clay pipe (VCP), fittings, sewer cleanouts, and coated sewer manholes.

Storm Drainage Systems consist of over 500 LF of 18" and 24" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), 4" - 12" PVC* pipe, catch basins, fossil filters, storm drain cleanouts, concrete collars, concrete blankets and respective pipe and fittings.

*Note: There were several thousand dollars in pipe material cost savings to the Owner incurred by using PVC SDR 35 plastic pipe over Schedule 80 PVC pipe and fittings.
