Project Summary:

Wet utility pipeline construction for a new home development called Baker Ranch Planning Area 16, also known as "The Landing."


Water pipeline installation consisting of over 1,400 LF of PVC water main, gate valves, tees, bends, adapters, fire hydrants, air vac assembly, water service manifolds

Sewer pipeline installation work includes over 4,600 LF of 4" and 8" PVC SDR 35, 48" manholes, 60" sewer manholes, sewer cleanouts

Storm Drain - Over 1,300 LF of 18" and 24" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), junction structures, catch basins, concrete collars, storm drain manhole raises

This project also included a private model storm drainage system consisting of 4,000 LF of 6" and 8" PVC pipeline, grated catch basins.
