Kana Pipeline spotlighted the Essex & Gage project in Huntington Beach with General Contractor Landsea Homes, where our team tackled the challenges of offsite underground work on a high-traffic street, along with complex groundwater redistribution due to the site’s coastal location.

Kana Development Group highlighted the Comstock Vernon project with General Contractor Millie and Severson, showcasing our team’s ability to pour a structural concrete pad and install an Urban Pond System—while navigating the constraints of overhead power lines and working just 10 feet from an existing building. Despite the tight conditions, our crews delivered the project safely, on time, and within budget.
