Our History

Kana Pipeline Founded

Kana's First Office
1985
Kana's first headquarters was in Huntington Beach, CA., and consisted of a small trailer and yard.
1985
April 1st 1985
Our first project was in Cypress, CA installing water lines for self storage facilities. The total contract was for $30,000.

Late 1985
Stanton Headquarters
Within six months we outgrew our first location and moved to a larger property in Stanton, which gave Kana the ability to grow significantly.

Garden Grove Headquarters
After nearly a decade at the Stanton location, Kana was ready for a new location in Garden Grove, CA.

Kana Moved to Placentia
We purchased a 1-acre lot with a 2400 ft² office and storage facility on Orangethorpe Ave. in Placentia.

Kana Moved Across Town
At this point, the economy was in full swing and Kana was ready to move to a larger location. We moved across town to a 1½ acre 28,000 ft² building, which included a 20,000 ft² warehouse.

Our Current Office & Yard
Kana was not only able to survive the the Great Recession of 2008, but grew steadily throughout the years following. Again, forcing Kana to increase their office location capacity. We moved with 150+ employees to our current facility located at 12620 Magnolia Ave in Riverside, CA.

Kana Pipeline, RheeRents, and Kana Subsurface Engineering
This year also saw the creation of and splitting off from Kana Pipeline, Inc., two additional companies: RheeRents and Kana Subsurface Engineering (KSE).
