Project Summary:

Site wet utilities contract for Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts

Highlights:

Storm Drainage Systems - includes nearly 2,000 LF of PVC pipeline, drain boxes and grates, a sump pump and concrete vault, curb outlets, infiltration pits, parkway drains, transition structure, mirco channel drains, and other relevant pipe fittings. Retaining wall drains also installed.

Sewer Pipeline - includes nearly 400 LF of PVC pipeline which will to connect to an existing sewer lateral, together with 5 sewer cleanouts.

Domestic Water Pipeline for both the theater and Center includes a 4" hot tap in the street, with a water meter in vault, a backflow, post indicator valve (PIV) and necessary piping.

Fireline for theater includes a hot tap, a double detector check, an 8" PIV, a 2-way FDC and all pertinent piping and patching. A separate fireline system will also be installed for the Center for Performing Arts, complete with pipe and fittings and all other necessary appurtenances.
