Project Summary:
Pipeline infrastructure for a large brand new residential development consisting of Fireline, Domestic and Reclaimed Water Pipelines, Collector Drainage, Storm Water Drainage and Sewer Pipeline installation.
Highlights:
For Phase 1 and Phase 2 of new pipeline infrastructure:
Domestic Water Pipeline and Fireline consisting of approximately 9,600 LF of 8" domestic water pipeline ; 15 fire hydrants, tees, thrust blocks, pressure reducing stations, water services;
Reclaimed Water Pipeline consisting of approximately 5,000 LF of 4:, 6" & 8" purple PVC pipe, fittings, thrust blocks, pressure reducing stations'
Sewer Pipeline consisting of approximately 14,000 LF of combined 4" sewer lateral and 8" sewer pipeline main; over 51ea. sewer manholes - 48" and 60" including T-Lock lined manholes;
Storm Drainage Systems consisting of over 8,000 LF of 18", 24", 30" 36" and 48" reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) 50+ catch basins, junction structures; over 10,000 LF of collector PVC drainage ranging from 4" - 12" and storm drain cleanouts.
