Project Summary:

$50 million new Courtyard by Marriott prototype hotel unlike any other built in Southern California.

Highlights:

Water Pipeline consisting of over 400 LF of 4" and 8" PVC domestic, fireline, and reclaimed water pipeline, gate valves, blow off assemblies, detector check assemblies, reduced pressure principle back-flow prevention device, sprinkler risers, traffic control and plates.;

Fireline work consisting of excavating, shoring and installing a custom fireline storage system consisting of Xerxes brand rain tank and custom-made Jensen brand concrete precast panels to house fireline /pump system.

Sewer consisting of over 400 LF of 4", 6" and 8" sewer main and lateral pipelines;

Storm drainage pipeline system consisting of over 1,840 LF of 8", 8" and 12" PVC pipeline, catch basins, Brooks boxes, Rip Rap and Pad, NDS Drains, a Bio Retention Basin, material and subfilter materials.
