To celebrate the occasion, Owner-Developer, Jamboree Housing Corporation is hosting the ground-breaking ceremony Thursday afternoon, April 5, to kick off construction of the proposed LEED Silver sustainability-rated project.

Kana Pipeline Awarded Lambert Ranch Contract

Kana Pipeline begins wet utility pipeline installation later this month on the Lambert Ranch project in Irvine, CA which was awarded by The New Home Company, for $ 2.2M. This new residential project, geared on a fast track schedule, will feature 169 homes among three residential communities. Models slated to open in Spring 2012.

Airport Industrial Drainage Pipeline Work Ahead

The City of Riverside awarded a Public Works pipeline construction contract to Kana Pipeline. The Airport Industrial storm drainage pipeline work has been delayed since March, when the contract was originally awarded, pending acquisition of required permits. The project is estimated to start late August 2011.

Contractors Gather Supplies for Midwest Tornado Victims

Kana Pipeline, together with client Lennar Homes California Coastal Division and other trade partners, suppliers and consultants are gathering today at Lennar's West Corporate Headquarters office in Aliso Viejo between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 to donate supplies for the affected tornado victims in Midwest. Local support is encouraged as trucks plan for the delivery of these goods to the citizens of Joplin, Missouri and Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
