Kana Pipeline Awarded LEED Platinum-Designed Residential Contract
Groundbreaking ceremony is taking place Monday, October 15, 2012 to mark the official construction start of the Platinum LEED-designed, Birch Hills Apartment Homes in Brea, CA by renowned developer, Jamboree Homes. Kana Pipeline was awarded a half million USD contract for the wet utility pipeline infrastructure portion. This project is expected to be complete by Fall 2013.

Hyundai AMCO Awards Kana Pipeline
Kana Pipeline awarded $1.1 million USD contract from Hyundai AMCO to install underground pipeline infrastructure for new U.S. National Headquarters facility for Hyundai Motor America, Inc., in Fountain Valley, CA. Project expected to be complete by winter 2013.

New Homes Coming to IE this Summer
Kana Pipeline received a $1.1 M contract from favored homebuilder, Beazer Homes. This new construction project will feature 119 single family "cluster style" detached homes surrounded by more traditional single family homes. Models slated to open late summer.

Ground Breaking Ceremony for New Affordable Apartments
Kana Pipeline was awarded the wet utility pipeline contract to build a new affordable apartment community in Buena Park from SBI Builders, Inc. To celebrate the occasion, Owner-Developer, Jamboree Housing Corporation is hosting the ground-breaking ceremony Thursday afternoon, April 5, to kick off construction of the proposed LEED Silver sustainability-rated project.

Kana Pipeline Makes Green Construction History
Caltech awarded LEED Platinum green building designation for its newly renovated Linde Robinson Laboratory. A private celebration will be held on January 24, 2012 to mark the historic transformation of one of Caltech's oldest buildings into a prototype laboratory for the future.

Kana Pipeline Awarded Lambert Ranch Contract
Kana Pipeline begins wet utility pipeline installation later this month on the Lambert Ranch project in Irvine, CA which was awarded by The New Home Company, for $ 2.2M. This new residential project, geared on a fast track schedule, will feature 169 homes among three residential communities. Models slated to open in Spring 2012.

Erdman Company awarded Kana Pipeline the wet utility pipeline infrastructure contract necessary for the construction of a new 3-story medical office building in Mission Hills, CA. Construction is expected to be completed by mid 2012.

Airport Industrial Drainage Pipeline Work Ahead
The City of Riverside awarded a Public Works pipeline construction contract to Kana Pipeline. The Airport Industrial storm drainage pipeline work has been delayed since March, when the contract was originally awarded, pending acquisition of required permits. The project is estimated to start late August 2011.

Pipeline Construction Starts on Upscale Mixed-Use Development in OC
Kana Pipeline started the underground pipeline construction for The Village at Bella Terra and Costco in Huntington Beach, CA. Estimated completion for this upscale mixed-use retail and new apartment community construction project is set for Summer 2013 completion.
